I have a YA fantasy that I am almost ready to give to readers. I have a few readers. One is published in a different genre and the other two are avid readers. My problem is that they are all related to me so I'm sure their opinion isn't unbiased. How do I find readers that are familiar with my genre and aren't related to me?Best way is a writers group.
Or my readers could volunteer in the comments section.

to the writer of the question...
i'm involved with an online writer's group who are active, awesome, and willing to read. 4 of us write YA Fantasy, and we are looking for 2 more writers to join up with us. Drop by my blog if you are interested and leave a comment, and I'll get you hooked up with our moderator. :)
Orson Scott Card has made space available on his Nauvoo.com website for the Nauvoo Workshop for LDS Writers:
http://www.nauvoo.com/ubb2/cgi/ultimatebb.cgi
and he's asked me, Kathleen Dalton-Woodbury, to administrate it.
It isn't very active, though there are quite a few people registered, but we would love to have more people come and participate.
Orson Scott Card also has an online writers workshop for science fiction and fantasy writers on his Hatrack.com website, which I also administrate. It's much more active, and people are also welcome to come participate there:
